Mga papasok ng Aklan mula Western Visayas, hahanapan ng Online Health Declaration Card QR Code

Hahanapan na ng Online Health Declaration Card QR Code ang lahat ng mga taong papasok sa Aklan mula sa Western Visayas batay sa bagong labas na Executive Order No. 035 ni Aklan Gov. Florencio Miraflores.

Nakalahad sa EO No.035 na ang hakbang na ito ay para maprotektahan ang Aklan sa pagdami ng COVID cases dahil patuloy ang pagtaas ng bilang ng local transmission sa mga karatig probinsya gaya ng Negros Occidental, Bacolod City, Iloilo Province at Iloilo City.

Ayon sa EO, lahat ng nais pumunta sa probinsiya mula sa Rehiyon VI ay makakapasok lang kapag may maipakita silang Online Health Declaration Card QR Code sa mga bantay sa Aklan borders.

BASAHIN ang Border Management Procedure:

For Private and/or Delivery Vehicles
1. Go to aklan.gov.ph or aklan.balikbayan.gov.ph and click Online Health Declaration Card
2. Fill out all the fields and click Submit. Upon submission, a confirmation with QR code will be displayed
3. Save a copy of the QR on your smart phone or have it printed if using a computer
4. Present the QR code of your Health Declaration Card to the authorities in the border for scanning

For Public Transportation
1. 1.Drivers/Conductors shall issue a printed Health Declaration Card to Aklan bound passengers
2. Passengers shall fill out all the required fields
3. Passengers will submit the accomplished Health Declaration Card to Aklan Border Personnel who will board the vehicle, as applicable in the Provincial checkpoints.
