Aklan PD Tolentino, inakusahan ng kampo ni Degamo na provider ng private armed groups at konektado kay Teves; Tolentino itinanggi ang alegasyon

Nagbitaw ng mabibigat na akusasyon ang biyuda ni Gov. Roel Degamo na si Pamplona Mayor Janice Degamo kay Aklan Provincial Director PCol. Crisaleo Tolentino sa ginanap na hearing ng Committee on Public Order ng senado kaugnay sa Degamo Slay Case.

“PCol. Crisaleo Tolentino is known as the providers of the Private Armed Groups (PAGs) guns for hire and have access of the PNP Power and connection of Tokoy and Teves,” ito ang eksaktong pahayag ni Mayor Degamo laban kay PCol. Tolentino.

Iniuugnay din ni Degamo si PCol. Tolentino at asawa nitong si former councilor Ma. Victoria Luz Montesa Tolentino sa pagkamatay ni Bongbong Divinagracia at sa pagdukot kay Police Executive Master Sergeant (PEMS) Reuel Piñero.

“Former Pamplona Councilor and defeated Vice Mayoralty candidate Ma. Victoria Luz Montesa Tolentino is the wife of PCol. Crisaleo Tolentino. Councilor Tolentino bolted from the camp of Governor and Mayor Degamo and transferred political party to side with Cong. Teves because it was known to many that she had the political ambition to go against Bongbong as Vice Mayor,” saad ni Degamo.

Depensa naman ni PCol. Tolentino, hindi sila kailanman naging magkaalyado ni Teves.

Iginiit nitong mali na idawit sila sa pagkamatay ni Divinagracia, “It is wrong to conclude that the death of Bongbong could be due to his running for VM, there could be something else that the investigator should look into.”

Isang taon aniya ang pagitan nang patayin si Divinagracia bago ang filling ng certificate of candidacy para sa 2022 election.

“He was killed in September 2020 while the filling of candidacy for 2022 National and Local Election was on October 20, 2021. So more than a year pa po yung pagitan non,” paliwanag pa ni PCol. Tolentino.

Dagdag pa nito, nais lang ng kanyang asawa na tumakbo para sa ikalawang termino bilang konsehal at nakumbinsi lang ni Cong. Sagarbarria ng second district na tumakbo bilang vice mayor.

“While at that time, my wife was no longer with the Degamo’s, her intention was to only run for second term as councilor. It was only decided when Cong. Sagarbarria approached her and convinced her to run for VM under the ticket of Cong. Sagarbarria in the second district. That is why their claim that my wife was under Cong. Arnie Teves is not accurate, Cong. Arnie was running for the third district of Negros Oriental,” pahayag ng Provincial Director.

Aniya pa, “My wife and I have never been into a quarrel with the victim Bongbong.”

Malinaw raw na haka-haka lang at walang patunay ang mga akusasyon laban sa kanya, “It is obvious that all their assumptions were drawn mostly from speculations which are lacking of proof to support, however as a professional Police Officer who have been loyal to my oath and service for 29 years. Now I welcome an impartial investigation and a proper forum just to put an end to the issues which are affecting my family, my children and the good people who know me well.”
