Bansang Indonesia, humingi ng dispensa kaugnay sa inasal ng kanilang player
Naglabas na ng isang statement ang National Volleyball Federation of Indonesia patungkol sa ginawang asal ng kanilang national player na si Putu Randu Whayu Prudada sa nakaraang 30th Southeast Asian Games.
Matatandaan na hindi nagustuhan ng mga Pinoy fan ang galaw ni Randu kung saan nakita itong umaktong ginilitan ang kanyang leeg at nag-bad finger pa sa awarding ceremony ng torneo.
“We have received your email for which we thank you very much,” panimula ng sulat ni National Volleyball Federation of Indonesia secretary general Yudi Sushariyanto para kay Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas Inc. (LVPI) secretary general Ariel Paredes.
“Before receiving your email we actually have discussed Randu’s bad gesture among our federation members and all of us condemned what he has shown during the final match between Indonesia (INA) and the Philippines (PHI).”
Ibinahagi rin nito na nagbigay babala na ang Federation kay Randu at humihingi ang mga ito ng paumanhin sa ikinilos ng kanilang manlalaro.
“The board has called him to the Federation’s office and given him a strict warning since this was indeed has harm his own reputation and also a disconcertion to our volleyball contingent,” aniya.
“We would therefore kindly ask your apology and with deep regret we will ensure that such an unpleasant case will be no long occurred in the future.”
