Gen. Joel Alejandro Nacnac, deputy chief of staff ng reservist at retiree affairs ng AFP sa isang presscon nitong Sabado sa Camp PAguinaldo, “Every year, if ROTC becomes mandatory, we expect an additional 2 million students from all universities.”
