Aragones nakiusap kay Duterte sa ABS-CBN franchise renewal

Ayon kay Aragones, dapat na magbago ang isip ni Duterte kaugnay sa hindi pag-renew ng prangkisa ng ABS-CBN o kahit ang suhestiyon nitong ibenta na lang ng mga Lopez ang nasabing TV network dahil marami ang mawawalan ng trabaho.

“I appeal to the President to reconsider his position on the renewal of ABS-CBN’s franchise, as its non-renewal or its sale to third parties may threaten the livelihoods of over 11,000 employees––many of whom I worked with during my stint as a reporter in the network,” ayon kay Aragones.

Isa ang kongresista sa mga author sa franchise renewal ng Kapamilya network para sa susunod na 25 taon.
“The President has consistently displayed tapang and malasakit during his tenure in Malacañang, and I appreciate and respect how these have translated to policy pronouncements,” aniya pa.

Kung sakaling hindi ma-extend ay magtatapos na sa ere ang ABS-CBN sa March 30, 2020, at may mga report na bukas ang TV5 ni Manny V Pangilinan para sa blocktime deal.
