PNP, imo-monitor ang social media posts para sa quarantine violators — JTF COVID-19 Shield


INUTUSAN ng Joint Task Force COVID-19 Shield ang PNP na i-monitor ang social media para sa mga litrato at video ng mga lumalabag sa minimum health safety standard protocols.
Pinapababantayan sa mga pulis ang lumalabag sa quarantine protocols katulad ng mass gathering gaya ng inuman at iba pang selebrasyon.
Kung sino man ang mahuhuli na nakipag-inuman habang umiiral ang liqour ban sa kanilang lugar ay mahaharap sa karagdagang multa.
Ayon kay Police Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, ang mga nasabing post ay maituturing na ebidensya ng paglabag sa quarantine protocols.
“The social media are full of photos and evidence of hardheaded people deliberately violating the quarantine protocols. These can be used as pieces of evidence to warn, to fine and to summon the people concerned in coordination with the barangay officials concerned,” ani Eleazar.
“I will see to it that everybody who imposes or implements the law shall be disciplined and should also follow the law they are implementing,” pahayag ni PNP chief General Camilo Cascolan.
