What’s the use of a barrier when couples kiss for goodbye after ride: Recto ukol sa motorcycle barrier

Kwinestyon ni Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto ang paglalagay ng motorcycle barrier para sa mga-asawa na mag-aangkas sa motorsiklo.

Ayon pa sa senador, tila hindi umano epektibo ang paglalagay ng harang sa motor sa pagitan ng mag-asawa dahil maghahalikan naman ito pagkatapos magpaalam.

“What’s the use of a barrier when couples hold hands in going to the motorcycle, and kiss each other goodbye after the ride?” tanong ni Recto.

“As a virus shield, it is as effective as installing a concrete road divider on the matrimonial bed,” pahayag nito.

Hinimok din ni Recto, na mas mainam na pag-aralan munang mabuti ang hakbang at idaan sa maraming test run at workshop review ng mga eksperto.

“Or can we just ask health experts if a couple who sleep together at night without masks can safely ride a motorcycle together with masks and helmets on?” saad ng mambabatas.
